For those who care, the Clarke 2.7 tank for the TW200 still has alignment issues. For me, it was on the right side. I had to do the nipplectomy, drill a hole in the side cover, and run a zip tie through there. Annoying. The only issue I had was the right side cover stud wouldn't go in the hole on the bottom of the tank. I just clipped the stud off, drilled a small hole in the side cover and used a zip tie. I have two clarke tanks and no issues with reserve, i have about 1/2 a gallon of fuel left when i hit mine and it it will go quite a ways on it.The little TW is mostly stock but has hand guards, a large skid plate, upgraded clarke tank and a better front tire. For just getting from camp to the lake I keep the float tube aired up.
