The Heart of the Tyrant is located in the Treasury in the Mysterious Cave. It is located on a brazier in between two of the Soul Jars and is on the side closest to the statue. Make sure you get Bless and take 2 soul jars as you will need source for 2 pieces of the armour! Tyrant's Stride (Leggings)Putting the armor on the red prince while submerged in water does not trigger the burning curse effect after the wetw status goes away. So you can wear it early.
