I was using an old version of RetroArch that wouldn't let me download the DuckStation core for it, called SwanStation. I just installed the core and yup, it recognizes BOTH joycons at the same time! =D Now the only issue was that the Switch Pro Controller was acting up and giving weird input. Just download BetterJoy and it will work like a CHARM. That worked as expected. Tested turbo on Mega Man 2, Turbo was just quick menu -> Controls -> Set any button to TurboA. I don't know much about shaders tbh, but I set a CRT one by going Quick Menu -> Shaders -> Load -> CRT and picked a random one. All that can be saved per game/per core/global.
