The server zones would have to be loaded and ticked 24/7. And people would also abuse the system say they would post thralls by an easy spawn. 7 days later you have a level 20. It would not be bad to have as an option for single player.Sorcery level 10 allows you to craft the Elixir of Rebirth which when given to a thrall (or animal even horses) and force fed will re-roll all unlocked perks(up to 3 in one go if the thrall is level 20). It completely re-rolls ONLY the perks... attributes and already gained experience stays exactly the same..
