Up until recently I didn't know the MiG-29 (9.13) and MiG-29S (9.13S) were different planes, and honestly I'm still not too sure if they're different or not. So regarding those two, the MiG-29 (9.13) is the slightly upgraded MiG-29 (9.12) with the ECM thing in the ...I guess Germany will get the Tornado this update, and further down the line they will get the Mig 29.
