i know that you have a 20 min Cooldown on Scavs, or less if you have the intelligence thing there, but for instance, I played last evening like 12 hours ago, I get back online now and my Scav has a Cooldown. I am new to the game and I dont know if I should rush intelligence center and farming fence rep, does anybody know how much time aprox is the scav cd with good reputation and int maxed? In fact the extraction should be covered by a sniper scav with a siren going off so PMC or other player scavs know a traitor scav is trying to extract. The Defective wall penalties are additive and ... scav-runs should not be about fast, easy loot without any risk because the next scav is around the corner. a scav-run every 20-30 minutes is fine. what i suggest is starting the timer when the players enter the queue. or reduce the timer wehn surviving the run. that way it would pay off to have slow runs, scavange a lot and survive...It takes less than 60 seconds on average to extract from a scav spawn on Customs and you get to check a couple high-value loot spots on the way. It would be absurdly profitable without the timer and unfair to other players trying to get the loot. You don't have to wait 30 minutes.
