The Omnivamp/Lifesteal heals for about 200-300 HP per wave and allows the user to play more aggressively. The Omnivamp/Lifesteal item is also a good choice for attack-based solo laners, who often build the Vampiric Scepter when facing a mage. There is this good anti ad sylas build you may like. Its pretty good when enemy has a lot of ad champs whos main dmg is the autoattacks (like viego, yone, yas, irrelia etc.) It is a scaling build so you are totaly risking your early game but the idea is to start with dark seal.
