It says full early as kind of a warning. You’ll get like 4 more notifications before it’s full. 100% full should mean the drawer is 100% full and can’t hold anymore. You could try to pry off the sensor from one side and place it right in front of the sensor on the other side, completely bypassing the drawer. There's two transparent plastic bits on either side of the dump opening, you can use a clorox wipe on the outside, then use dry paper towel to clean the inside and the circuit boards, emphasis on dry!
