I am GUESSING you have the electric reverser. If so, check for wiring at solenoids on transmission. Pulled off, broken wire (s), bad solenoid. Next it could be the electric control lever. I have removed the linkage and manually shifted the control valve arms, have forward and reverse, neutral spot is forward. I have all 8 speeds for forward and 4 for reverse. when i put it in park, it labours bad to killing the engine.To determine which rod to adjust, place the lever in 1st or 3rd and watch to see which rod moved when you shift it into either gear.Try this with all 4 shift stations.
