The problem is not in the charging system, it is in the fuse blocks under the front dash on the drivers side. It collects moisture when the gator is washed and corrodes the terminal and fuses. I cleaned the fuses and the terminals and it is working correctly now.I pulled the fuse 25amp for the charging system. One prong of the fuse was burned and had was black. I test resistance and it srtill showed a close circuit on the fuse. Could this be an indicator of a charging system problem. I am replacing with new fuse and try to restart. Also the plastic casing on the fuse has partially melted.
