Only level 80 Juvenile Siege Turtles can be charmed; those with levels higher than 80 are instead Juvenile Siege Turtle (NPC) and cannot be charmed nor interacted with.The wallow is overall pretty good skill wise but it's a supportive pet so it's useless for SB. The turtle has the potential to be amazing, projectile hate, protection and decent CC.
